The security of your investment is one of our core principles. We have worked hard to make sure your Forestry Investment is as secure as possible by:
- Giving you legal control over the ownership of your timber. The land and the trees are registered on your behalf with the land registry office until final harvest, allowing your personal security.
- Giving full title to your trees with GPS co-ordinates for each site.
- Only using approved Forestry management companies to manage your site over the lifetime of your forestry investment.
- Taking out insurance to cover any loss of income or damage to the trees over the lifetime of your forestry investment.
- In the unlikely event of your timber or forest site experiencing wind, fire, storm, disease or general damage our insurance policy will compensate for any loss of income or damage to your forestry investment.
- Having our growth rates confirmed on an annual basis by the independent forestry company in their annual report.
- Providing you with regular updates about your forestry investment.
- Continually researching and developing new data, technologies and methods of management, where we strive to improve our service, which we share with our investors.
